1. Possible statuses
- Active: normal features.
- Restricted: limited chat or swipes (defined period).
- Suspended: access blocked, appeal available.
- Deleted: anonymized data, irreversible.
2. Suspension grounds
- Community Guidelines violation.
- Repeat copyright infringement.
- Fraudulent behavior.
- Payment system circumvention.
- Suspicion of minor activity (verification in progress).
3. Notification
On suspension, you receive an email with the reason, duration, and appeal link.
4. Appeal process
Appeal at /support/report within 30 days. Provide:
- Account email.
- Grounds for appeal.
- Any evidence.
Response within 7 business days. Final decision, but ANTIC appeal still possible.
5. Account deletion
You may delete your account anytime at /account. Deletion is immediate and irreversible. Data is anonymized within 30 days (unless legally required otherwise).
