1. Your portability right
Under Cameroon Law No. 2024/017, you have the right to receive all your personal data in a structured, machine-readable format.
2. How to export
- Go to /account → 'Export my data'.
- Confirm your identity by email.
- JSON file is emailed within 48h.
3. Export contents
- Profile: email, display name, bio, city, preferences.
- Photos and videos (temporary signed URLs).
- Swipes, matches, conversations.
- Meeting tickets and statuses.
- Transaction history (amounts, Campay references).
- Recorded consents (age gate, ToS).
4. Not exported
- Other users' data (privacy protection).
- Internal moderation scores (security).
- Technical logs (30-day retention).
5. Frequency
You may export once per month. Repeated exports trigger a manual verification.
