- Harassment, threats, hate speech.
- Scam attempt (money request, Mobile Money code).
- Illegal content (CSAM, violence).
- Suspected minor account.
- Copyright infringement.
2. How to report
Use the 'Report' button on any profile or message. Email reports: [email protected].
3. Information to provide
- Email of the account concerned.
- Description of the issue.
- Screenshots if possible.
- Your relation to the facts (victim, witness, third party).
4. Processing
Each report is reviewed within 48h. Urgent cases (minors, death threats) within 2h.
5. Emergency
For life-threatening emergencies, contact police directly: 117 in Cameroon.
