1. Acceptance
Play6r is a dating platform operated from Cameroon. By creating an account, you fully accept these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the service.
You confirm you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. Any minor account is immediately deleted.
2. Account creation
You must provide accurate, up-to-date information. One account per person. Multiple accounts are prohibited and may be suspended.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
- You may not transfer your account to a third party.
3. User content
You own your photos, videos, and messages. By posting content, you grant Play6r a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and adapt that content for the service.
Strictly prohibited content:
- Child sexual abuse material (immediately reported to authorities).
- Illegal, violent, hateful, or discriminatory content.
- Unsolicited explicit nudity.
- Copyrighted content without authorization.
- Impersonation or false identity.
4. Payments and refunds
Payments are processed via Mobile Money (MTN, Orange) through Campay. Prices are shown in FCFA, all taxes included.
- 24h pass: 500 FCFA · 7-day pass: 2,000 FCFA · 30-day pass: 5,000 FCFA.
- Meeting ticket: 1,000 FCFA.
- Passes are non-refundable once activated.
- A failed payment can be retried at no cost.
5. Prohibited conduct
- Harassment, threats, intimidation.
- Soliciting money or bank details (scam).
- Unauthorized advertising or commercial solicitation.
- Bots, scrapers, or automated scripts.
- Circumventing swipe limits or the payment system.
6. Suspension and termination
Play6r may suspend or delete any account for violations, without prior notice or refund. An appeal process is available at /support/report.
7. Liability
Play6r is a matchmaking service. We do not guarantee profile accuracy or meeting outcomes. Users meet at their own risk and should take basic precautions (public place, tell a friend).
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. Users are notified by email or in-app 15 days before they take effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Cameroonian law. Disputes fall under the courts of Douala, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules.
